The Channel it recommends to you is a good place to start listening. If after listening to a few lessons, you find it too easy or too hard, feel free to send us a snarky email and try out a different level.
Remember, many more advanced SpanishPod users enjoy listening to the more basic levels, since there's always something new to learn. It's also important to listen to a more advanced level every once in a while, to see if you're ready to graduate to the next level!
