Yo soy muy mala para dormir. MALISIMA! Duro una hora en dormirme y cualquier cosa me levanta, sueño muchas cosas raras. Como ayer soñé con OPRAH! Que ridículo, ni veo su programa. En fin, me da mucha envidia la gente que puede dormir como angelito.
I am so bad at sleeping. SO BAD! It takes me an hour to fall asleep and any little noise wakes me up, I have weird dreams, like last night I dreamt of Oprah! So weird, I don't even watch her show. Anyway, I envy those people that sleep soundly like angels.

Ufffffff, si. Soy un trabajador por turnos (shift worker). Trabajo una semama de noche y una semama de día. En forma rotativa. Nunca me duermo bien. ¡Ambien! ¡Es la pastilla del cielo! :)

No ronco. Duermo como un tronco. Yo rara vez incluso sueño.
Yo ronco. Por lo general, duermo bien, pero es dificil para mi dormir cuando esta ruido afuera.

Suelo decir que soy como “la princesa y la arveja” – necesito una cama muy confortable y no ruido para dormir bien. Tengo el sueño ligero, entonces no me gusta las personas que ronco mucho. Muchas veces no duermo bien, por ejemplo cuando estoy estrado, estoy viajando etc. Nunca duermo bien en los aeroplanos aunque tenga los tapones y los somníferos conmigo.
