I really enjoy the dictation exercises, so I hope you will add them.

It seems like the whole world is suffering from the cold lately!

¿Dónde vives hace frío?

Aquí en Shanghai hace mucho frío, pero el clima cambia mucho. Hoy hay sol y pero este fin baja la temperatura a cero.

Here in Shanghai it´s very cold, but the weather changes so much. Today it´s sunny but the weekend it will drop to zero.

Aqui en Melbourne (Australia) es verano. La semana pasada teníamos dos diás de 43 grados de celcius y había incendios en el campo. Pero hoy hace frio (20 grados) y lluvia. El clima es muy extraño y la verdad es que me pone nerviosa.

Aquí en Pennsylvania ha hecho frío este invernio con mucho viento. He necesitado mi abrigo de invierno casi todos los dias y también me he puesto mis guantes y orejeras.

Here in Pennsylvania, it has been cold this winter with much wind.  I have needed my winter coat almost everyday.  And also i have worn my gloves and earmuffs.

Tenemos un comunidad con mucho personas de diferents lugares, cierto. Que linda son!

Pues, en Nuevo York, como Pennsylvania, tambien hace muy frio en invierno, pero, como tu dices, Lili, hoy hay sol y la clima es bonita, y por ademas de semana, quien saber!

En mi linda ciudad (Quito), La temperatura minima llega a 10 grados C y maxima 22 C todo el año!  Es un paraiso.

How do I get the audio to play the dictation?  Also, the multiple choice doesn't have anything showing but the explanation.  thanks.

I'm new to this site.  Don't know if this is the place for this questions, but I wasn't able to access the dictation and multiple choice.  All I got under these exercises were the instructions.  Can you help?  Gracias!

Aqui en el norte de inglaterra tuvimos muy mal tiempo hace meses.  Mucha lluvia torrential y indunaciones de las aldeas y hogares.  ¡Y ahora viene la nieve!  Ojalá que viene pronto el verano....

Vivo en Québec. Ahora esta el invierno. Diciembre, enero, febrero y marzo son los mas frio meses del año. La temparatura puede bajar a veces hasta menos 30 y a menudo hasta menos 20. Esta noche, la temperatura estara de menos 12.

Todos en Québec necesita un abrigo de invierno, un gorro, botas de nieve. Sin embargo, todos no les tienen.

Sí, hace mucho frío aquí en Fredrikstad, Noruega. Ahora mismo está de menos seis (celsius), pero en los primeros díos de este año, y los últimos del año pasado, ¡estaba de -20! Normalmente, la temperatura en Fredrikstad en el invierno oscila entre -5 y +5, así que este invierno ha estado muy frío.

¡20 grados es fantástico! Es la temperatura perfecta (20-25 grados), y tambíen es la temperatura normal en el verano en Fredrikstad. :D

Edit: I had a dream this morning where the weather was suddenly so warm I could use only a t-shirt when going outside, and it was sunny. Aaaah.

Pensé que iba a ser mas frío. Como en Canadá que a veces baja la temperatura a -40C. Eso si es frío!!!

Uno de mis objetivos es vivir en cada continente de este planeta!  Asi que cuando vaya a la Antartida, voy a necesitar buena ropa de invierno!

Sí, este lugar podría ser más frío, pero todavía quiero ir a vivir en Málaga en el invierno. *sheds a tear* (It should be noted that I live in the south-east of Norway, it's normally much colder up north, in case you're disappointed about how warm it is here. :p )

By the way, how does the Spanishpod team feel about being addressed in the "tú"-form? The feel of the site is pretty informal, so I tend to use that form, but I´m not sure what is normal in Spanish. I get the feeling that generally things are much less formal on the internet.

Dos semanas pasado, fui en Yucatan. Muy frio y no usualmente! Todos compran ponchos de lana para el dia y la noche. No nadamos este viaja.
