<p>My favorite is chicken, like in the video, or seafood... but sometimes in a pinch just spreading a little guacamole on the tostada will do the trick.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Back home, I used to buy the tostadas in a bag, so I wouldn't have to fry tortillas.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Tostadas are a great, great thing, but remember, you have to eat them fresh.&nbsp; If they stand around for too long, they get soggy.</p>]]></description>
