Are you a handyman or a sloppy? Are you one of those who needs to ruin 7 things to fix a single one, or one of those who fixes things to perfection?

Ok,

I have a red tool box, on casters.

Would that be the normal place to place roja, or should it be caja roja de herramientas, so I have a red toolbox instead of a box of red tools?

and just for giggles.

La pistola agujerea la pared.

¿no?

roja would naturally modify the singular caja either before or after de herramientas, if the tools were red, they would be rojas.

and what was this bit about inanimate objects and verbs of action. Have I just sinned, and if so, can one anthropomorphize in spanish?

I want to say Home Projects end up costing twice as much as you budget and take twice as long as you plan. Here is my try:

I live in an old house that needs something fixed all the time.  I have become a good painter, but I am still no carpenter.  This summer I want to fix up my backyard.  I'm going to get my brother to fix it because I don't want my garden to be a mess.

My husband & I aren't very good with tools.  Sometimes I try to fix things and I am successful but other times I just end up making things worse. What do you call somebody that botches things up???

There's an error in the Expansion section of this lesson:

No trajiste el martillo.
(You didn't bring the drill.)

Should be (You didn't bring the hammer.), no?
