<p>Im pretty sure you can leave poder in the infinitive here.&nbsp;</p>
<p>I want (to be able)</p>
<p>I vaguely recall learning&nbsp;something along the lines of "when two verbs go a walkin the first one does the talkin" or as JP so astutely pointed out <a title="pa que sepas" href="http://spanishpod.com/lessons/nada-de-groserias/discussion" target="_blank">here</a>, just conjugate the verbs that you would in english</p>
<p>granted, you have 3 verbs in a row here which is&nbsp;always a&nbsp;bit of a mouthful&nbsp;in any language :-)</p>]]></description>

<p>Se usa el verbo contar en vez de decir... &nbsp;i.e. dime lo que pas&oacute;... &iquest;por qu&eacute;? &nbsp;tal vez son iguales y es asunto de lo que le gusta... &nbsp;en cuanto a mi contar insin&uacute;a que haya un cuento largo....</p>
<p>Why <em>contar</em> instead of <em>decir</em>... &nbsp;i.e. <em>dimel lo que pas&oacute;</em>... &nbsp;perhaps it is a matter of choice... &nbsp;to me <em>contar</em> implies that there might be a long story to tell...</p>
