I loved the idea of Lili's Book Club from the beginning; now it seems as if each episode is better than the last.  I think you have hit on a winning formula:  pdf text when possible or link to the text when not; reading aloud two or three minutes worth of text; and discussion that has a more linguistical and cultural than literary focus.

Long and short fiction, non-fiction, by European and Latin American writers, high-, low- and middle-brow -- it's a vast banquet waiting to be sampled.

There's just one thing I am hoping: that the emphasis will be on original Spanish language pieces rather than translations into Spanish.  Why not choose to examine original voices when there are so many wonderful examples out there?

I know it can be fun to read Dilbert in Spanish or watch a dubbed version of Law and Order.  But in this space, where we have the advantage of the team's particular perspective, it would be so very nice to listen to those original voices together.

I am glad you are liking DTT, we are trying to give yours moneys worth. We will make more shows for you guys , promise. I don't quite understand your question. Why not choose to examine original voices when there are so many wonderful examples out there? You mean choose original movies in Spanish?

Leo: Caveman diet? Ten cuidado!

Liliana y HUAHUA are so cute together (who is more huggable?)  I like Liliana´s blue bunny suit (to prevent diseases to and from HUAHUA and in case of accidents?), but I think HUAHUA is more huggable :)

The mantra is:  Reduce, Reuse, Recycle (reducir, reutilizar, reciclar)

Water is always recycled.  There is a new technology called plasma arc waste disposal, which ionizes garbage into net energy and even makes material for roads (slag).

Caveman diet (aka Paleolithic diet, Stone-age diet, Hunter-gatherer diet, Unga-bunga diet)- meat, fruits, veges and nuts (but not peanuts or cashews)-no grains (= ¡no cerveza Leo!).  I try to eat like a caveman (except I use utensils) 3-4 days/week but I would call my diet a coastal caveman diet because I eat fish and no pork, beef or chicken.

¡Tubo, tubo....!

Oye, algunas gran cosas estan llegada, no? Espero a ver las programas de Yenny y de Marco pronto. Qué emoción! He llagado un poco tarde al club de libros de Lili, pero me gusta mucho. y la programa de musica es buena, también!
