Hola, This is an error in the expansion section:

Mi nombre no es Juan.
(My name is Juan.)

The translation should say: My name is not Juan.

Hi

I thought that it was interesting that the police officer was using tu with the suspect.  I have never been to Spain but I heard that they almost always use tu instead of usted.  Is this true?   Is it likely that in Spain tu and not usted would be used in an integration of a witness?

I think the more important variable is that it's in the interrogation room.  Police take all sorts of angles to get the information they want (at least they do on L&O).
