<![CDATA[Comments on: Send a taxi]]> 2008-12-28 18:00:00 <![CDATA[By: ]]> Me acuerdo con La Piedra about el traffico in Ciudad Mexico.  Son locos!  Mi esposo y yo visitimos en enero y viajimos por autobus de Monterrey a Mexico D.F.  En los aerpuertos y los terminales de autobus es possible a comprar boletos para taxis autorizados que son mas seguros que los otras en la calle.  Los precios son muy barato, usualmente tres a cinco dollares.  En Mexico D.F., el hotel llamo un radio taxi para nosotros a la aeropuerto que costo 130 pesos pero fue un grande Chevrolet Suburban y muy luxurious. Y tambien el manejero fue fearless en el traffico!

Me habían contratado para el diseño, "Oscuro de la Luna" para la producción de una escuela secundaria. Normalmente tomé el autobús, pero fui tarde, así que llamé a un taxi. Con ojos por el medidor, que me visto el creciento de esto que casi devorar todos de me dinero.

Detuvo el taxi a 3 cuadras corto de mi destino, y pagué casi todos el dinero que me tenía, excepto la tarifa de autobús para la casa.

Llegué,dos minutos tarde. El jefe, fueron veinte minutos tarde, él tomaron el autobús.

I had been hired to design, "Dark of the Moon" for a high school production. I normally took the bus, but I was late, so I called the taxi. With eyes on the meter I watched it devour almost all my money.
I stopped the taxi 3 blocks short of my destination, and gave the guy all the money I had except for bus fare home.
I arrived two minutes late. The director arrived twenty minutes late, he took the bus.
