<p>Hay muchas variaciones, de rajitas con queso. A mi en lo personal me gustan con crema, pero claro que las puedes hacer sin crema tambi&eacute;n.</p>
<p>Les puedes agregar calabacita en cuadritos y elote, asi tendr&aacute; mas verduras y por lo tanto ser&aacute;n mas saludables y tambi&eacute;n son muy ricas as&iacute;.</p>
<p>Si no lavas los chiles en agua, &eacute;stos ser&aacute; mas picosos y seguro que si tendr&aacute; un poco mas de sabor. Mi mam&aacute; y mi abuela los lavan en agua, por eso es que yo lo hice as&iacute;. Adem&aacute;s, es mas facil pelarlos y limpiarlos con el agua. Pero es al gusto del cocinero, cada quien le da su toque personal.</p>

<p>Aprend&iacute; c&oacute;mo a tatemar una pimienta cuando trabaj&eacute; en un restaurante. Dijeron a m&iacute; que es mejor guardar la pimienta sin lavarla para guardar el sabor quemado.</p>
