I'm new to spanish too and find it very helpful when people correct my errors.  I can offer a few suggestions but we'll have to rely on the more advanced users for the final say.

Yo pensio que cuando tu quieres privacidad tu puede ask y si la persona respeter tu, tu  hay privacidad.

Yo pensio - the yo is optional (and generally not used). 'I think' would be penso

tu quieres - again I believe the tu would usually be left out because the information is contained within the verb quieres

tu puede - would use puedes

ask - a bit of english slipped in there - I'd use the infinitive of ask which is 'preguntar'

si la persona respeter tu - respeter is infinitive (to respect).  It should be changed to 'respeta' which means he/she/it respects.  The 'tu' at the end is usually put before the verb and is changed to 'le' (I'm not sure about that for informal use, though).

tu  hay privacidad - I'm not sure myself how to put this in the future so that it says 'you will have privacy'.  In order to compensate for my lack of knowledge I'd probably say 'you can have privacy'  all in present tense which would be 'puedes tener privacidad'.

So all together it becomes:

Penso que cuando quieres privacidad puedes preguntar y si la persona le respeta, puedes tener privacidad.

I hope this is helpful.  Old timers - let me know if I got it wrong.

La conjugación puede ser una pesadilla cuando estás aprendiendo el español.  Sed metódicos.

pensar yo pienso  e-ie "radical changing" verb

cuando - when

si - if

¿tú - you  o tu - your?

Me doy cuenta de que quizás no tengas un teclado español

¿preguntar o pedir?

preguntar - úsalo cuando quieras que alguien te diga algo

pedir - úsalo cuando quieras que alguien te dé algo

¿usted o tú?

usted quiere  le/la

tú quieres     te

Voy a tutear a esta persona.

I think that if you want privacy

(Yo) creo/pienso que si quieres privacidad

you just have to ask (for it)

sólo tienes que pedirla

and explain your reasons

y explicar tus razones/motivos

If this person respects you,

Si esta persona te respeta,

he/she will give you the privacy you need.

te dará la privacidad que necesitas.

Some corrections:

Muchas gracias a todas personas que me ayudan a aprender español.

("gracias" is followed by "a" to specify the person(s) you thank. The ending of "todas" has to match the gender of "personas" which is feminine. The indirect object "me" comes before the conjugated verb in the present tense ("ayudan" - they help), "aprender" has only one "p". There is a simple rule to remember this: there are no Spanish words with a double "p"! The only double consonants in Spanish are double "c"s, apart from the double "r"s and double "l"s.)

("aprender" with just one "p". In Spain you would use "explicáis" instead of "explican" to address multiple persons informally. "aprenderé" is the future tense, but you could also say "voy a aprender" which might be easier.)

I'm not sure whether you can use the subjunctive here without the context of "espero que". You could say "Esto os ayudará." - "This will help you."

In the vocabulary section we have "in franti = red-handed", but in the expansion we have "in fraganti".  I verified with my Larousse Espagnol and it says that "in fraganti" means "en flagrant délit" in French.  So I believe this is the correct spelling, i.e. "in fraganti" means "red-handed".
