¡No más! Question of the day: Have you ever said this words?

In Mexico there is a drinking culture, sometimes we can be very pushy.

I have said this phrase too many times! I have friends that like to say SALUD a lot!

jaja, mi universidad tiene una cultura de bebedores.  Una parte del himno del colegio que cantamos a juegos de futbol americano fue "...and drink our whiskey clear" y entonces hicimos! (o tal vez con un coca cola)

Leo didn't take that much convincing to keep going, otra otra otra (no ultima por tu).

Just wondering can you say: "no puedo mas, gracias." to a waiter in the restaurant when you have enough (finished eating) especially when he try bringing tea or dessert or something after the food or is it considered rude? Just a use of the sentence as I don't drink.

spanishlearners,

That sentence is fine! I don't think it's rude at all!

You could also say:

"No deseo nada mas, muchas gracias"

"Muchas gracias, pero estoy lleno"
