Hola.  Si yo dijera  decir “Para llegar a tú casa pasé por el parque.”  ¿Sabrías porque es “para llegar” y “por el parque”?

If I were to say “Para llegar a tú casa pasé por el parque.”  , would you know way it is “para llegar” end “por el parque”?

Also,I take it that in Northern Mexico where Leo is from it is pronounced pretty much like the word "Yo"..Spanish for "I" ? [I love the sound of that word btw].Does this variation in pronouncing "y" flow into how "yo" is pronounced and other words?

Finally the above introduction has:

..did I miss something here?..I couldn't catch when /ll/ was discussed.Also,what's the deal with the // around y and ll ? Is that the Spanish equivalent of English's inverted commas [ " ...." ] ?
