In fact I think that the subjunctive "hubiera + past participle" is interchangeable with "debería haber + past participle"

the example from Pa´que sepas: J.P. debería haber sido un actor could also be (también podría ser) J.P. hubiera sido un actor. He should have been an actor. 

 should have, would have, could have/ could be..it all gets a bit confusing doesn't it?

Thank you I am now just reading the comments under the Pa' Que Sepas and learning how behind the discussion my comments were.  Sometimes it is hard for me to follow what they are saying in Spanish in the Pa’ Que Sepes.  But now that I listened to it again it is clear that Esit said “deberías haber sido actor”.  I did not know that "hubiera + past participle" is interchangeable with "debería haber + past participle" but it seem that it is.  It does not make sense to me.  I guess it does not have to make sense, its language and not Calculus.   Kikuy thank you for your help.
