Esa es una frase bastante útil, no la sabía antes. Parece la linea famosa de Travis Bickle en Taxi Driver:  You talkin' to me? 

That is a very useful phrase; I didn't know it before. It looks like Travis Bickle's famous line in Taxi Driver:  You talkin' to me?

Y mis otras surgencias, ¿son incorrectas?

¿Me hablas a mi?

¿Me estas hablando?

I think "¿Está conmigo? would have to mean: Are you with me?

Maybe "¿Es conmigo?" is a shortened form of:

¿Es conmigo [que quieres hablar]?

or:

¿ [El asunto] es conmigo?
