Lesson Introduction
SpanishPod listeners and Kalyespeak podcasters Mickey, Kim, Cris, and another Mickey join us in Studio Fiesta to talk about upcoming SpanishPod lessons, as well as upcoming Kalyespeak lessons! We talk a little about All Saints Day/All Souls Day celebrations--celebrated in Mexico as el Día de los Muertos--and we talk Cris into singing a line from "My Way."

Hi everyone! I hope you enjoy the upcoming lessons this week. I hope the cats from Kalyespeak come back and visit soon... they brought some dried mangos from the Philippines, and I ate mine already. By the way, some of you might know one of the Mickeys by his SpanishPod ID: chillosk!

JP: Jeje, claro, por eso me gusta tanto SpanishPod: es divertido y pedagógicamente correcto a la vez. :) Hehe, sure, that's why I like SpanishPod that much: it's entertaining and pedagogically correct at the same time. :)

Omg you guys totally crack me up. There is no place like SpanishPod...this is the most entertaining language learning I have ever had. Not boring at all, keeps my interest as a newbie. It makes me want to try harder so I can listen to the more advanced stuff and actually understand it.

Thanks so much for having us over guys! It was really a surreal experience! Being there with the 'pros', recording in StudioFiesta, and finally seeing Lili's cat! Haha! You guys are simply the best!!! It was definitely the highlight of our Shanghai trip!
Enjoy the mangos and the goodies!

Maraaaaaaaaaaming Salamat to Spanishpod and all the nice and cool people at Praxis for accommodating us! The experience left me glassy eyed and feeling fuzzy inside. We're immensely glad that you liked our gifts! If ever you guys visit the Philippines, we'll be more than willing to bring you into our "Studio Tambayan" and feed you more dried mangoes!
Amidst all the excitement, we forgot to mention our third man and Culture Vulture JOVITT! Doing our shows would not be as much fun without him. So this is for you Jov, wherever you are!
