En Miami los cubanos dicen : ¨ el weeken¨ o ¨los weekenes¨
En España y en Ecuador : ¨el finde¨
A propósito de ¨weeken¨ y ¨weekenes¨,no me gusta mucho esa expresión ,ya que no es ni inglés ni español,pero ¡qué le vamos a hacer! el Spanglish existe , es un fenómeno social.

Pues, porque ahora trabajo en carolina del sur, despues del trabajo tengo que manejar a mi casa en Atlanta. Es una viaje de 3 horas. Cuando llegue a mi casa, ¡estoy cansadisimo! Luego paso algun tiempo con mi hija.

You want to use "llego" here. You're describing something ongoing so no need for subjunctive.
If you're talking about when you arrive in the sense that you're not exactly sure when you'll arrive then you would use the subjunctive.
Something like this: When you get there, text me so I know you made it. Cuando llegues...

Al bufete donde yo trabajo hay una fiesta cóctel cada viernes en la oficina. Me gusta ir a esta fiesta y despues, (si no tomo demasiado) salir con mis amigos o regresar a mi apartamento y descansar despues de una semana muy larga.
