Estimados damas y caballeros

A mi me gusta termino medio.

Dear ladies and gentlemen:

The question of the day is: How do you like your steak?

I like it medium.

As a kid, I used to like it well done, but now I prefer it medium, too.

Mmm....carne...

Like Abuelo Jack, I don’t eat meat either.  But I really liked roast beef cooked with garlic and pork cooked in tomato sauce.

Carnes o bife e cerdo (pork), no me gusta mucho. Tambien, soy casi vegitariana.

Buen provecho amigos!

Okay so what I take from what JP said was that the word "menu" in Spanish is more like a set menu where you pay a set amount for three pre-chosen dishes but what's the Spanish word for an a la carte menu?
