Tengo una cuestión de vocabulario:

In the last line of the dialogue tab ,the rollover for the word  Efectivamente has it meaning exactly,whereas in the translation just below that,it is translated as more or less.In English I would have thought there was a significant distinction to be drawn between more or less and exactly.Which meaning is efectivamente closer to?
