Muy a menudo, y como judygee ya ha mencionado, en español y en inglés se usa la tercera persona plural así para no decir concretamente quién haré algo.

Lo traduciría en inglés como

The baby needs to be changed.

o como JP dijo en la lección

The baby needs changing.

En este caso, creo que también hay un significado "secreto".

La mujer quiere que el hombre cambie al bebé pero no le dice a él que haga esto directamente sino le suelta una indirecta sutil.

los nombres en hawaii suena así. el nombre kikuyu es un pasto africano que crece aquí en hawaii y lo planté para controlar la erosión.

Me encuentró un otro verbo para cambiar pañales o ropa, mudar pañales. It is also used for sheets on the bed (sábanas). Mudar also means shed like a snake shedding it's skin, to molt. It also means move as in move to a new home. I kind of like that image. Molting off my old surroundings, all this old baggage and starting anew.

as i understand it......

encontrarse is your basic self referencial reflexive verb not a reverse cowboy affair like gustar so the first person preterite ending is é when the pronoun is me. additionally because the stress has moved to the é the stem no longer has to change from encontr to encuentr as in the present tense.
