If you don't know all the words in Spanish I would suggest you listen to something less advanced. Newbie, Intermediate and Elementary are all in English. You can try those levels. Even if you don't understand s good for your listening skills.

In the lesson you say that after "creer que" the subjunctive will always follow.
The subjunctive will follow when "creer que" is preceded with "no".
When creer que is not negative, the subjunctive does not follow.
Creo que van a ir.
No creo que vayan a ir.
Tienes razon hypersport.
Con los verbos de pensamiento, como "creer", cuando están en forma negativa se utiliza el sustantivo. Sin embargo, si fuera una oración afirmativa utilizaríamos el indicativo.
Me preguntaba sobre esto también. Lo que comentan hypersport y Lili es lo que yo aprendí en la escuela. Gracias por la clarificación. A propósito, Lili, creo que la palabra que quieres usar arriba es "subjuntivo" en vez de "sustantivo", ¿no?

¿con referencia al frase "he tenido personas que vienen con heridas mas profundas....", estaria tambien correcta o el mismo decir "he tenido personas que vinieron con heridas mas profundas.."?
¿es correcta tambien a traducir "del brazo izquierda" como "from my left arm"?
He encontrado el frase "me cae bien" pero no he encontrado este frase "me cae gordo". ¿Es una expresión idiomática? ¿que significa por favor?

Nada más tengan cuidado que el adjetivo gordo/a esté de acuerdo con el sustantivo:
"Esa mujer me cae gorda."

Ambas oraciones son correctas.
