Alex Syntek también es bueno, pero tengo que decir que esta es la unica canción en la que canta David Bisbal que puedo soportar. Es increíble como este tipo vende los discos, malísimo.

Si estoy de acuerdo! Su popularidad en "Operacion Triunfo" hizo que se vuelva una estrella enseguida, pero no me gusta su estilo ni canciones.
Pues, a mí me gusta el estilo de David Bisbal.Tiene muchos seguidores en Latinoamérica.Es muy simpático y parece ser una persona muy natural cuando lo entrevistan.Me gustaba la pareja que hacía con Chenoa,otra que me encanta.
¿Podrían usar una canción alegre como, "Pegate" de Ricky Martin?... o tal vez, "Loba" de Shakira sería divertida. ¿Han visto el video? Como me sorprendí al verlo por primera vez.
Great lesson i really think you struck the right balance between translation interpretation and explanation. its a good choice of song in that the lyrics are open to translation, i.e. its not obscure in the original spanish so they survive the process.

but could the "de verdad" not mean that they be " true" as in correct/accurately painted rather than "real "(not virtual). Painting butterflys in the dark would be a neat trick and to paint them correctly would be miraculous.
could de mi mano te invito volar not simply be "from my hand i invite you to fly" as in i will hold you safe in my hands until the day you are well enough to fly away. (although i hope you will stay, i.e. if you love them set them free)

how did you guys learn that? obviously in spanish you grew up using esperar for all three yet it must have had different contextual meanings for you or you would always say "i hope" when speaking english.

Una de las maneras mas divertidas de crecer el vocabulario (para mi) es buscar en Google las letras de las canciones latinas que me gustan, estudiarlas y intentar cantar - en espanol - con los cantantes en Youtube. A veces necesito “take a break from” los tipos tradiconales de estudiar como SpanishPod (aunque me encanta SpainPod) y uso la musica para continuar aprendiendo el castellano. Otra cosa que me gusta hacer es buscar entrevistas en Youtube de personas famosas como David Bisbal para aprender mas espanol.
