A quick pronunciation question. In the lesson at around 3m10sec Lily says, "Pues que le he robado el asiento a una señora mayor".

I can clearly hear "el asiento" but a bit later it´s said a bit faster but now i hear "la asiento" or "la siento".

The same happens later in the lesson with the phrase "le tenía que haber cedido el asiento".

The fast versions can also be heard in the dialogue section.

Is this a trick my ears are playing on me or can asiento be used with both "el" and "la".

I'm having the same trouble. I'm using an iPod and I have mp4 format selected. It's only the last two videos. I've just loaded some others now and they work perfect.

The error I get on iTunes is "Video was not transfered because the video format is not supported by the iPod.

I don't know if this means anything but looking at the file info in iTunes the "video codec" for the good videos says MPG-4, but for the last two this is H.264. It's the only difference I see.

Maybe here when she says están altos she is surprised by how "especially" tall the shoes are.

I understand most of the differences entre los verbos ser y estar pero aquí no lo entiendo.

For me it´s part of the shoes identity or make up that it´s tall so my tendency would be to use ser also

Also when talking about luck I think the verb tener is used, as in Tengo mucha suerte.
