Hi Kikuyu, You're right - manually bookmarking is a workaround. However, you should automatically receive your subscribed channels future lessons directly into iTunes. This is an issue that the team is working on as I write - should be fixed by tomorrow. Thanks Steve

Welcome to SpanishPod tiarosa. I'd suggest just clicking the lessons link at the top, and finding a level and lesson that interests you. You don't need to start from the beginning. As JP says, SpanishPod is more of a buffet!

Login, click Your Feed, scroll down and copy the feed url. Then open iTunes, click the advanced tab, open 'Subscribe to podcast', and paste in your feed url. Now all the lessons you bookmark, and all the future lessons in levels you have selected will be delivered to your iPod.

beachhobo, you can get all the lessons in iTunes by subscribing to your personal feed (login, open the tab called Your Feed, scroll down, and copy and paste the feed url into iTunes > Advanced > Subscribe to podcasts). This way, you'll also get CD-quality audio (the public iTunes feed is 64kbs, which might account for the screechy horns too). Meanwhile, I'll suggest to Liliana we change the music, but I know she's kinda fond of it....

If you want to volunteer in Mexico, I can recommend IPODERAC in Atlixco, near Puebla. There's not much online about them, but it is an privately run orphanage and rehabilitation center for street kids. They are self-funded by making and selling cheese, and Harvard Business Review did a case study on them. I was there for 10 months in '94, and it is a really wonderful place. I'd strongly recommend it.

How do you decide which lessons to study? Do you just go with today's lesson, or do you use the search bar to find lessons? Did you start from the beginning, or just dive in in the middle with a topic that appealed to you?

JP - iTunes has different versions for different countries. Laura reviewed us on the US version - the review is still there...
