¿Ya estás lista? ( Are you ready yet?)

If I want to ask sombody whether is ready or not, where is the position for the person?

eg.

Is Mary ready yet?

¿Ya está Mary lista?

or

¿Ya Mary está lista?

If you visit the site "englishpod.com", you would find there's a Chanel for Business area called "the Office", so far,there's no lessons in that chanel,though.

I think it's a "buena idea". :)

And trade is essential in lation america, there're many trading companies in other countries, too.
