I suppose that more background sound gives us practice in listening comprehension under more challenging conditions, but I would still prefer less background sound during the lessons.

If the señora de limpieza who works in a house is older than the husband and wife who own the house, would it be more appropriate for them to address her with the tu form because they have a friendly relationship or with the Ud. form to show respect for the fact that she is older?
