Great lesson! I would have liked you to explain the subjunctive in more detail, however.

When I listen to the Intermediate lessons, often I cannot understand, but it seems like I need something between Elementary and Intermediate.

Perhaps, Advanced Elementary?

Something to consider,

Gracias!

Muchas gracias, mis amigos, for the helpful discussion around "se te va escapar."

I know about reflexive verbs, and sometimes the usage is very clear. Other times, however, like "se te va" are not so clear. I don't always understand the constructions and how/why/when to use them. I'm sure some of this will come when I have more experience in actual conversation.

The discussions are so very helpful and I appreciate all who joined in.

No, I'm not confused, Stevstrv. Your explanations and comments are always helpful. It didn't occur to me that the verb might be "escaparse."

Without the discussions and explanations, I'll never get past "Newbie."

Adios, Ya'll

Hola Ya'll,

Brinita has raised an interesting point. I thought that "derecho" meant "straight" and "derecha" meant "right." But, can "derecho" also mean right when it describes a masculine noun like "carril"?

Gracias, Brinita, for pointing this out. I, too, am a little confused.

Hola, ya'll. I'm still fairly new to Spanishpod, and I listen to Intermediate, Elementary and Newbie. Hope to get to Upper Intermediate and Advanced in time. Like others, being able to review the dialog improves my listening skills. Also enjoy the extra "shows," and love the continuing mystery with Sophia (or lack of Sophia?). Keep up the good work and Thanks!

Bye!
