SpanishPod - darkrogue73 Conversations http://spanishpod.com Learn Spanish on Your Terms en-us <![CDATA[Re: Linguistic Autobiographies]]> I took Spanish in highschool, but conjugating the words made no sense to me.  I passed, just.  15 years later, I met my husband Anastacio (Pacheco, from Toluca, Mexico).  When I first met him I could only say the basic phrases such as "hola", "como esta", "si", and "no".  After two years, I learned more spanish then he did english.  But my spanish was learned from a neccesity, it is broken but passable.  I even picked up an accent.

 

I hope to be able to speak, write and read in Spanish almost as wel as I do in English.
