Querido amigos,
Quando me busqué por "lleno de frijoles" porque quieré me a describa DonPerigo y su historia de "El trabajo a  que él prefera",  tropecéme en este PDF con veinte paginas, que analiza el uso del humor y el absurdo en literatura de los niños . Se incluye un breve artículo traducido del Inglés sobre Carroll y Lear y varias piezas nativo español. Se trata de una agradable lectura.

When I was looking for "full of beans" because I wanted to describe DonPerigo and his story of "the work that he preferred", I stumbled on this PDF with twenty pages, which analyzes the use of humor and absurdity in the literature children. Includes a brief article translated from English on Carroll and Lear and several pieces native Spanish. It is a pleasant reading.

For DonPerigo, our man on the Salisbury Plain,

Cried a man on the Salisbury Plain
“Don’t disturb me – I’m counting the rain;
Should you cause me to stop
I might miss half – a – drop
And would have to start over again”.

[Gritaba un hombre en las llanuras de Salisbury

Pero me no gusta la traducción por ella.

y tendría que empezar a la fuente.

And by the bye, I still think DP is "full of beans" but I haven't found a good Spanish translation yet.

This was the reference that landed this fish.

6 En el original “full of beans” que literalmente significa   “lleno de frijoles”, es una expresión popular que significa que alguien  está lleno de energía vital.
