Hola todos,

Hace unos años, fue en Key West y comí una sopa deliciosa a un Cubano restaurante. "Caldo Verde" o "Caldo Galega", penso con la col rizada, el jamon, las zanahorias y los pequeños frijoles blancos.

Tengo una receta para Caldo Verde...creo que se llame Caldo Galega algunas veces. Esta bueno, pero no es como la sopa que comí.

Nadie tiene una receta para eso? Qualquier ideas?
