hypersport - Spanishpod tested...native style
A couple of the guys that I work with are Mexicans and of course I've told them all about Spanishpod, bla bla bla :D
So of course I've told them all about the other stuff that we get to learn here, all the cultural stuff, etc.
Anyway, the other day I gave my ipod to one of them to have a listen to the lesson about la torre mayor. To see what he thought.
He was impressed. Then I gave him a taste of some del tacos al tango and after a few of the interviews, he was listening to all of it! He was like, wow! This stuff is really interesting. Like you're learing all this cool stuff while learning Spanish at the same time! I had to ask for the ipod back :D

Would you like to order, or do you want to wait for your friend to return?
Me respondí:
She gave me her order. She would like the, Tacos carnitas puercos, and I would like to have this, Arroz con pollo.
Wow, that was different!
¿Qué?
You don't have any accent . . .
((VBG)) ;-))
Gracias, amigos.
Today I let my Mexican friend listen to the new Del Taco al Tango (All Fun and Games) and he was so pumped up! He's around 33 and he could totally relate.
It's cool being able to share this stuff with a native speaker.
