The American Heritage Dictionary defines "poop out" as:  to quit because of exhaustion.

Psychiatry (in)famously talks of "Prozac poop-out" to describe the phenomenon of therapeutic failure after a period of success.  That is, the patient has a good response to treatment, does well for several months -- or even years -- and then, inexplicably, the drug, in this case Prozac, stops working.

Okay, it's Gulam and Carmen

and now we reply through a web form that concatonates all sentences so it does no good to use spacing and line breaks to separate topics and attempt to provide clarity.

Expansion bad translation

Ninguno de los dos vecinos me molesta.
(None of
the neighbors annoys me.)

Neither of the neighbors annoy me.
or literally

None of the two neighbors annoy me.

but in either case annoy drops the s.

and why don't you enable crossout characters in this form window.

What have they done with Leo?

Yes Cobre, it is indeed the Gulam and Carmen show.

(It's funny that you mention the 'ninguno' expansion sentences.  They bothered me too, both in Spanish and English.  I have the feeling that they are technically correct in both cases but weirdly non-colloquial.  That's how the expansion sentences have felt (at least to me) in the last few lessons.)

I don't know what they've done with Leo, but they are all keeping a low profile, aren't they?

a mí, en vez de una lección más o un "show" más durante la semana yo preferiría ver más interacción entre los hablantes nativos/maestros y los usuarios. Creo que sería mejor para este sitio web.

Cobre

re the annoying editor. its possible that your formatting survives being sent to spod but that in the the reply the formatting is lost, certainly thats how the me/posts editor reacts to posts created in word. i.e. gets it right first time but  reopening the file in the editor stuffs the formatting.

That is certainly possible, DP; and you know, the only thing annoying about anna8 is that she is right so much of the time, ah sweet sorrow . . .
